Step 1. Go to the Twitter section -> Authorize and click “Auth with Twitter”

Paste your own approved Twitter app, you can authorize via it: enter OAuth 2.0 Client Id and OAuth 2.0 Client Secret and click “Auth with Twitter”.

Step 2. Click “Authorize app”,

So, you are authorized on your Twitter account via your Twitter app.
